**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
- Work closely with developers to implement UI designs, providing support and guidance throughout the development process.
- Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and collaborate with the team to find creative solutions.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other team activities to foster collaboration and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing UI designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards is a plus.
- Experience with designing into creating motion and some innovative creation.
