- **What is this role, really?**_
- We Support a lot of clients internationally to grow on youtube with Highly Engaging Videos and High CTR Thumbnails that are catchy and Attractive.
- We’re looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer that is familiar with the YouTube space.
- As a thumbnail designer you will be responsible for developing concepts, compositing and designing out those concepts. A strong understanding of photoshop and photo manipulation will help you to succeed in this position.
- This role is responsible for making thumbnails for our various social channels. Most importantly, we need someone who is a team player and always striving to improve.
- You can expect anywhere between 3-8 Thumbnails per day and We will provide you training that will help you increase your speed and get done with the work easily in day with our templates & shortcut tricks.

- **Your Technical Skills & Experience**_
- 1-3+ years of designing artefacts across social channels.
- Maestro with tools like: Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A deep desire to understand user needs, clearly define solutions and deliver those through thoughtful design.
- Insight into what makes users select your content among a stream of hundred other options.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
