**Graphic Designer Role Volunteer**

**Overview**:
Create visually striking artwork and promotional materials that reflect the podcast’s focus on engineering and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design podcast logos, episode thumbnails, and social media graphics.
- Create banners and visuals for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure designs align with the podcast’s professional and technical brand.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Creativity in visual storytelling.
- Understanding of branding for professional audiences.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work is a plus.

Time Commitment: 5-7 hours/week, flexible, with deadlines for deliverables.
