Job Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and creative Unpaid Graphic Designer Intern to join our

marketing team. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on

experience in designing for high-conversion campaigns, social media, and digital

platforms. If you're eager to learn what really makes a design perform (not just

look good), this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design social media creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and

YouTube

● Assist in creating visual assets for landing pages, emailers, and ads

● Collaborate with copywriters and marketers on campaign ideas

● Support in building design variations for A/B testing

● Maintain brand consistency across all visual formats

● Work on design mockups, wireframes, and basic layouts as guided

What You'll Learn

● Using AI to create high-converting graphic designs

● Principles of direct response and performance design

● How to design content that drives conversions, not just engagement

● Using tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Suite for marketing-focused

design

● How fast-paced marketing teams work with cross-functional creatives

● Real-world feedback and iterative design processes

Requirements:

● Interest in graphic design and digital marketing

● Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator

● Basic understanding of layout, colour, and typography

● Strong willingness to learn and improve through feedback

● Portfolio or sample work (college projects or personal work is acceptable)

● Bonus: Any exposure to reels, motion graphics, or basic video editing
