**Key Responsibilities:Web Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Troubleshoot and optimize websites for speed, performance, and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices in website architecture and content.
- Manage website updates, security, and backups.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze and report on campaign performance (traffic, conversion rates, ROI).
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging marketing assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in both web development and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of backend development (PHP, MySQL).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment integrations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
