**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic & Web Designer to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to design visually stunning graphics and build responsive, user-centric websites. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver designs that are both functional and aligned with our brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**
- Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, banners, packaging designs, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials to enhance brand identity.

**Web Design**
- Design responsive, user-centric websites that align with company and client needs.
- Maintain and improve existing websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and remain up to date.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of web designs and functionality.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Must-Have**:

- Proven experience in graphic, UI, and web design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

**Good-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
