Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Create social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media channels
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries and comments
- Conduct social media campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning across all marketing channels
- Analyze social media data and report on insights and performance to the marketing team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software programs
- Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and how to leverage them for social media marketing
- Ability to navigate social media platforms and stay up to date with the latest features, trends, and algorithms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Experience with basic telecalling is a plus

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or related role
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, is a plus
- Experience with basic graphic design and/or video editing is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,517.53 - ₹31,004.44 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
