Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align social media campaigns with educational offerings and promotions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and build a strong online community for lead generation
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practicesespecially within the education and EdTech space.
  • Coordinate influencer or brand ambassador collaborations where applicable.
  • Support the execution of paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Lead generation, keeping the records of the generated leads and creating a pipeline of leads.
