**Job Title: Stores Officer**

**Qualification**: B.Com

**Experience**: 1 -3 years

**Reports to**: Manager - Materials

**Job Overview**:

- Verify and receive inward material with necessary documentation like PO, invoice etc
- Enter GRN of raw material and job work material in ERP system
- Maintain identification and tagging for all material
- Maintain record of bins / bin card / bin location / material etc. in store
- Prepare delivery challan for job work material
- Prepare store related reports
- Ensure timely loading / unloading of material
- Conduct daily stock audit
- Ensure that documents like supplier invoice and challan is sent to Accounts
- Maintain all records and documents required for statutory compliance
- Coordinate with Quality team for inspection of receiving material and internal rejection
- Coordinate with Production team for issue of material, WIP stock, shortage of material
- Coordinate with Purchase for shortage of material
- Maintain re-order level, safety stock as well as provide list of stock out
- Provide update on non-moving material
- Maintain 5S for inventory
- Follow appropriate methods for inventory management
- Provide accurate kits within defined timelines
- Ensure ISO compliance - inventory stock audit record, kit / material issue report, rejection identification etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
