**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hairdresser**:

- Provide haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and coloring services.
- Offer specialized treatments such as keratin, smoothening, and hair spas.
- Provide expert consultation on hair care products and treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.

**Beautician**:

- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail art services.
- Administer skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Suggest beauty products and tips to clients for aftercare.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a hairdresser or beautician in a salon setting.
- Certification or diploma in cosmetology, hairdressing, or beauty therapy is preferred.
- Proficiency in using salon tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- A professional and friendly attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Beauty services: 2 years (preferred)
