We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning and Control (PPC) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production processes to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Scheduling**: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
- **Resource Allocation**: Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
- **Quality Control**: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet quality standards and address any production-related quality issues.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize production data to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production processes.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless production operations and address any issues promptly.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Minimum experience 4 To 5 years
- Salary upto 3ok
- Night shift only

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 4 years (preferred)
