**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **PPC Executive** with expertise in **Facebook Ads** to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our brand. Your role will be instrumental in scaling our digital presence and achieving measurable business results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement Facebook Ads strategies aligned with business objectives, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative formats.
- **Campaign Management**: Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including A/B testing, ad copywriting, creative asset management, and budget allocation.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA to track the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Audience Segmentation**: Leverage Facebook’s audience targeting tools to build precise audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and retargeting strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum return on investment while staying within allocated spend limits.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor campaigns, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Ad Compliance**: Ensure all ad campaigns comply with Facebook’s advertising policies and guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, analytics, and customer service to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience (2-4 years) in managing Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable success in driving conversions, engagement, or lead generation.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. Experience with other PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and third-party reporting platforms to assess campaign performance.
- **Creative Mindset**: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop high-performing creatives.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad performance, tracking, and technical challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing budgets, targeting, and optimization processes.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
- **Certifications**: Facebook Blueprint certification or other related digital marketing certifications is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with automated marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Experience in scaling campaigns for large brands or agencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
