**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare customized, high-quality proposals and cover letters.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and pitch services effectively.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates and project plans when required.
- Track bid performance and optimize strategies for higher conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of IT services (web development, app development, digital marketing, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with other bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, or Fiverr is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an IT company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
