**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle calls from prospective students and parents to provide information about courses and services.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads generated through various channels
- Understand students’ needs and provide accurate counselling regarding courses, career paths, and training programs.
- Address queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Achieve targets by converting inquiries into enrolments for various courses.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Regularly update lead status and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.**:
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Share insights and feedback from calls to improve counselling strategies.
