**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a MIS Executive in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The MIS Executive will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports to support the company's business objectives. The role will involve implementing and maintaining new management information systems, developing and executing data quality checks, monitoring data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Experience with real estate or property management industry is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
