The Sr. MIS Executive -Sales is responsible for managing and overseeing the Sales MIS, ensuring accurate and timely sales data reporting. This role involves data analysis, report generation, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The Sr. MIS Executive - Sales ensures data integrity and consistency across all sales reporting tools and systems.

**Job Reasonability**:
**Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, validate, and analyze sales data from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all sales reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance

**MIS Reporting**:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for management and the sales team.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on sales data analysis.
- Present sales performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand their reporting needs and provide support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales data reporting with business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales data analysis, sales operations, or a related field. Experience managing MIS systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in: Data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Bizom, Power BI, Sales Reporting software).
- Knowledge of: Data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
