**Role Description**
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the F&B industry.
- **Data Collection**: Gather and analyse data from various sources, including surveys, social media, industry reports, and customer feedback.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings to support strategic decision-making.
- **Customer Insights**: Analyse customer demographics, buying behaviours, and preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor and evaluate competitors’ products, pricing, marketing strategies, and market positioning.
- **Trend Identification**: Identify emerging trends in the market to help the company stay ahead of industry developments.
- **Support Marketing Initiatives**: Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns based on research insights.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as operations, crm and marketing to ensure alignment of research findings with business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with market research tools and software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Initiative**: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Passion for Food Industry**: Interest in the bakery, pastry, or food industry is a plus.

**Please Note**:This is an on-site internship located in Noida.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
