Faculty Member

Ideally, the incumbent in this role is expected to anchor and drive the academic catering part of the students’ journey with the institute. Someone who has a natural flair over English language skills and understands competitive exams segment as well as XI-XII Tuitions space is preferred. This is a permanent role and someone who commits himself/herself for long term fits the bill. One has to have student centric approach and core servicing attitude to succeed in this role; enough training will be provided to get acquainted with the system.

**Working Hours**:Clocking 05 hours excluding breaks, based on the class and mentoring schedule

Tue: 04:00 to 09:00 PM

Wed, Thu: 07:55 to 09:55 AM & 04:30 to 07:30 PM

Fri, Sat: 04:00 to 09:00 PM

Sun: 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM; Weekly Off on Monday

Role Break-up: 60% Classroom Sessions; 30% Individual Mentoring & Academic Operations; 10% Marketing (Not Sales)

Work Presence: 80% In-center; 20% On-field

**Daily Tasks**:

- Engage up to 03 classroom sessions daily, be well versed with Hybrid class conduction, put agenda and answer keys in the batch channels for the sessions taken
- Fill non-class hours for individual/group student mentoring 2-3 days in advance. Take up at least 02 Doubt Solving/Mentoring Sessions of 20-30 minutes each day by regularly connecting with students on phone call, batch-wise
- Build and maintain the classes schedule for all the batches with the help of Admin Person; be on toes for coordinating back-up/doubt solving sessions, contingency/absence of any faculty, etc.
- Track the worksheet maps of each course/batch with the help hand of Admin Person, hard copy worksheet indents, and ensure accurate conduction of the set agenda of the week/month
- Occasionally help the Counsellor in converting walk-in enquiries by showing academic strength as an institute
- Accompany Promotions Team on the field if required for any specific event
- Build connects with the students, be the navigator of their success; handhold passive and vernacular background students
- Do a short orientation with every newly enrolled student and help them get acquainted to myzone.careerlauncher platform for their online mocks; monitor their regularity in mocks as well as class attendance
- Extract referral leads from enrolled students while catering them for academic concerns; subtly push students/parents to put Google Review for the institute at the moment of delight
- Regularly refer worksheets, and update core concepts for efficient content delivery in the sessions; be adaptive to the change
- Appear for CAT/CLAT/XAT every year and be the mentor who the crowd looks up to

**Leaves**: 1 casual leave every month; this can be carried forward or accumulated up to 12 months only. Adjusting the regular class with some other faculty’s slot beforehand is critically important with mutual understanding, so that student servicing is not hampered.

Personal Spending: Fuel and Food expense reimbursement as per actuals (on submission of bills) for field activities if any; no reimbursements for daily commute to the office

**Performance Standard**:

- Punctuality for in-center attendance punch in and class commencements is critically important; Being late at work by maximum 10 mins is acceptable twice a month; 25% of the day’s remuneration is deducted from third time late coming in any given month
- No usage of personal phone calls/social media during work hours except contingency/emergency

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
