**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Stay informed about updates, changes, and new releases.
- **Documentation**:

- Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer service activities as required.
- **Customer Education**:

- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting and self-help resources.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Share feedback with the relevant teams for continuous enhancement of products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer service goals.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
