We are looking for a skilled **Machine Maintenance Technical Staff** to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of machines, minimizing downtime, and supporting production operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform **regular preventive maintenance** on machines and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair **mechanical, electrical, and technical faults**.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
- Maintain **records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage**.
- Coordinate with the production team for timely maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with **safety standards and company policies**.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
- Recommend improvements to enhance machine performance and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in **Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / related field**.
- 1-5 years of experience in machine maintenance (freshers with technical knowledge can apply).
- Hands-on experience in **repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting** machines.
- Knowledge of **preventive maintenance systems and tools**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.
