**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals.
- Coordinate sales meetings, prepare materials, and schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Should be excellent with PPTs/Presentations and proposal making.

**Marketing Coordination**:

- Execute campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with social media Team, provide the content creation, help scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle administrative duties such as managing calendars, booking travel, and preparing reports.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials (brochures, samples, PPTs etc.).
- Prepare and distribute internal communications related to sales and marketing.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Compile data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Identify potential target markets and customer segments.

**Communication**:

- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in creating visually appealing presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (internships or part-time roles) in sales, marketing, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Proficient in English speaking)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for creativity, design, and design industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
