**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Comprehensive knowledge of major Indian Payment Gateway (PG) providers.
- Implement new payment gateways into existing e-commerce platforms.
- Upgrade and maintain the current payment gateway versions to ensure they are up to date.
- Develop and execute business continuity plans in response to PG updates or changes.
- Lead team meetings, drive project planning, and manage key deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment gateway integrations.
- Engage with payment gateway providers for commercial negotiations to ensure favorable terms.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Proven experience in integrating and managing major Indian payment gateways within an e-commerce website.
- Strong expertise in Magento, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
- In-depth understanding of RESTful API development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Git and version control systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders, including payment gateway providers, for negotiations and partnerships. This role is pivotal to the ongoing success of ZRPL's payment operations, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle both technical and commercial aspects.

**Experience required**:
2-3 years

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm
