**Designation: Executive - Payment Gateways (PG)**

You will be working as Executive - Payment Gateways (PG) in Finance Controllership Team and will be a part of Corporate Office located in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for Daily PG’s Reconciliation and analysing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial reporting and Audits.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure all transactions are reconciled with payment gateways at the transaction level, accounting level and Bank settlements.
- Working with the other financial professionals in Financial Operations, Business Finance functions to understand and analyse, coordinate with various internal departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure all receipts via all mode of payments from wallet partners on a particular day are investigated and reconciled within the time allotted.
- Identify and investigate the root cause of settlement discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze the data and look for exceptions, ensure anything suspicious or out of ordinary is escalated to the manager without any delay.
- Identify business knowledge gaps and ensure everyone has ownership of deliverables.
- Ensure none of the critical tasks are missed.
- Ensure timely sign off for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business function’s request and maintaining SOPs for all activities performed.
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.
- Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax, internal, external audits, and reviews.
- Publishing reports on Closing balance from PG's on Daily/Weekly/Monthly. - Track the PG and the Customer wallet balances daily.
- Daily mailer with the PG & Bank balances, Customer balances, and the tracker of issues to relevantstakeholders.
- Monthly MIS that we can develop for management review. - Entries for Add Cash, Withdrawals, PG loads in SAP ERP.

**Who can apply**:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA / Semi-Qualified CA
- Must have hands on experience in My-SQL (Query writing, editing as per requirement).
- Must have experience in Payment Gateway reconciliation and Excel.
- Must have Accounting Experience.
- 3-5-year experience in High Growth Companies in similar roles. Ability to work on huge transactions data on daily basis.
- Good knowledge in excel and preparation of reports. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements & Ability to take ownership of issues and escalate where relevant.
- Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred.
- Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with financial reporting requirements.
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
