**What You'll Do**
- **Quality Check & Edit**: Scrutinize existing articles for grammar, tone, structure, accuracy, and client voice alignment. You’ll be the final line of defense before content goes live.
- **Content Refresh & Rewriting**: Rewrite or rework articles based on detailed client briefs while preserving factual accuracy and brand tone.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement keywords naturally and strategically. You'll follow current SEO practices to ensure content is not just compelling, but also discoverable.
- **Creative Writing**: Inject clarity, flair, and a little spark where needed to elevate otherwise flat content.
- **Consistency & Formatting**: Ensure uniform formatting, headline structure, and style adherence across articles.
- **Freelance Writer Management**: Coordinate and support our freelance writer network—assign briefs, ensure deadlines are met, review submissions for quality, and provide constructive feedback.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience as a Copy Editor, Content Writer, or similar role in digital publishing.
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, especially in content optimization and keyword integration.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a red pen that doesn’t miss a thing.
- Ability to juggle multiple pieces and deadlines while keeping quality high.
- Creative flair and the ability to rework dull copy into engaging reads.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Google Docs, and editorial tools like Grammarly or Hemingway (bonus points if you've wrestled with a style guide or two).

**Nice to Haves**
- Experience refreshing or updating legacy content.
- Background in lifestyle, health, tech, or consumer media content.
- Understanding of content performance metrics and how they tie back to editing choices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
