Coordination with College Administration for the project management at the college.
- Creation and validation of training content.
- Delivery of effectiveness training as per the project time lines.
- Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes.
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling**, **coordinating, attendance maintaining, Placement and reporting.
- Adherence to Trainer Standard Operating Processes (SOP) and maintaining all record of training as per SOP.
- Any other task assigned by the company time to time or as desired fit by company.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandi, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
