Trainer - ATL ( Robotics )

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Trainer to join our ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Project in Himachal Pradesh. This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for individuals with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication and a passion for training and innovation in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions in Atal Tinkering Labs at schools across Himachal Pradesh.
• Teach students the fundamentals of electronics, robotics, IoT, 3D printing, and Arduino-based systems.
• Provide mentorship and support to students on their projects and innovations.
• Maintain ATL equipment and ensure labs are functional and organized.
• Prepare training materials and session reports as per project guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and DIY platforms like Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for education, innovation, and working with school students.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts in Himachal Pradesh.
• Prior experience in a similar training or facilitation role will be an advantage.
