**Job Overview**:
The Voice Trainer will be responsible for training voice-over artists and dubbing professionals to ensure high-quality output for movie dubbing projects. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Voice Training & Development**:
- Train voice-over artists in various dubbing techniques, such as character voice development, emotional delivery, lip-syncing, and maintaining voice consistency across scenes.
- Conduct voice warm-up sessions and exercises to improve voice control, pitch, tone, and articulation.
- Guide artists on effective voice modulation, inflection, breath control, and pacing techniques for different characters and genres.
- **Script & Character Interpretation**:
- Work with artists to analyze the script and understand the character, tone, and emotional nuances required for performance.
- Provide feedback on emotional range, vocal expression, and the overall impact of the dubbing performance.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Ensure that the artists understand and follow the technical aspects of dubbing, including synchronization with visuals, maintaining consistency in voice levels, and clarity of the recording.
- Assist in teaching the team how to use studio recording equipment, including microphones, sound booths, and dubbing software.
- Ensure artists maintain high-quality voice recordings by teaching them to adjust to technical setups.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Coordinate with directors, producers, and sound engineers to ensure smooth workflow during the dubbing process.
- Organize and schedule training sessions, feedback rounds, and recording sessions to meet project deadlines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Voice Acting Expertise**:
- Proven experience as a voice-over artist or voice trainer, with a strong background in movie dubbing.
- Deep understanding of various dubbing styles, genres (animation, drama, action, comedy), and vocal techniques.
- Familiarity with different languages and dialects is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency with studio recording equipment and dubbing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Audacity, or similar).
