**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate with customers/ Dealers for their service-related requests or complaints.
- Assessing the service needs of clients and forward it to respective service engineer for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with sales persons for scheduling of installation within specific time.
- Resolving issues that arise concerning the late installation or delay in troubleshooting.
- Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services.
- Staying current on new services we develop
- Evaluating our services and helping to identify areas of improvement.
- Sending quotations of spare parts to customers.
- Must be having minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination.
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills, Drive to get things done, Concepts wise Strong, must be having patience and soft spoken to take customers call patiently.
- Must be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹8,086.42 - ₹40,000.00 per month
