**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
- Enter and manage transactions in **Tally** software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and maintain **Excel** spreadsheets to track Payables, payments, and related financial data.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors to address payment issues.
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all Payables are accounted for accurately.
- Assist with financial reporting as required and support other accounting functions as needed.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Tally** and **Microsoft Excel**.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- South African Account
- **Age Limit **:Up to 26 Years.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
