**Job Title**: Accounts Payable Executive (Tally Expert)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end accounts payable process using **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Record and process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper classification.
- Generate and schedule payments through NEFT/RTGS/Cheques within due dates.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and handle queries related to payments or ledger balances.
- Ensure timely entries of journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and expense tracking in Tally.
- Maintain documentation and audit trail of all AP transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and GRNs.
- Assist with monthly closing and provide support during audits.

**Requirements**:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
- **Hands-on expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
