**Qualification**: Degree

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years
- Good experience in managing Accounts, Commercial & Administration functions at Project Sites of a reputed construction company.
- The job involves maintenance and monitoring of Project Accounts, Commercial aspects, GST, and site administrative functions, leading the team of Accounts, Stores, IR and Admin department, generation of Project MIS/Costing reports, coordination with Cluster & HQ, Statutory compliance and local administrative issues.
- Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in handling inventory management and the stores function at project sites of a reputed construction company.
- This job involves independent handling of the complete stores function at project sites like material procurement locally, MRN and GIN preparation, GST, building construction raw material handling and preparation of stores MIS reports.
- IR function at the project sites of a reputed construction company, with proficiency in handling IR matters.
- Qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Law from reputed Institute / university, an advantage.
- The job involves administration and managing of all the facilities and amenities, statutory compliances at project sites, liasioning with local bodies, time office and payroll management, supervision of security functions, labour camp management.
- Knowledge of IR/ Labour law related to construction industry, essential.
