**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Proactively reach out to interior designers to introduce our company & services
- Identify potential leads and understand their needs and preferences.
- Present our Onboarding plans in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and advantages
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure partnerships and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
