Our mission is to deliver high-quality products to customers globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Operations & Website Testing Associate** to join our team and contribute to seamless order processing, delivery, and testing our new website and software systems.

**Job Purpose** The Operations Associate will manage order processing from multiple channels, coordinate shipments, maintain inventory levels, and support customer service. Additionally, this role will involve thoroughly testing our new website and software systems, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**: Oversee and manage orders from our website, Amazon, Blinkit and other marketplaces.
- **Shipment & Delivery**: Schedule shipments, assign couriers, and monitor delivery timelines.
- **Website & Software Testing**: Conduct rigorous testing of our new website and software platforms, documenting issues and suggesting improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
- **Research**: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve operational efficiency.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
- **Logistics Optimization**: Identify and implement cost-effective shipping solutions.
- **Forecasting**: Analyze sales data and assist in demand forecasting to optimize inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and management.
- **0-1 years of experience** in logistics, e-commerce operations, software testing, or related fields.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or recently graduated in any discipline.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon FBA.
- Experience or interest in website and software testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to document and clearly communicate software issues and bugs.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nashik.
