Key Skills
- Ensure delivery of IT services and problem resolution for priority incident related IT services within the agreed SLA.
- Timely preparation and submission of operational reports
- Information security compliance and process adherence
- Meeting deadlines and obligations as per project management plan. This may include setup, provisioning and process completion of IT infrastructure and support services function.
- Effective collaboration and assistance to the Secure Helpdesk in resolving priority incidents and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
- Quality of process completion, documentation and report writing.
- Proactive system monitoring and SLA complaince
- Provide L1/L2 level support in your area, at least proficient working in one area, Network-FW & switch, Antivirus, SCCM, Security SIEM, Server - Linux, VMWare, Server - Windows
