**Production Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to Bayer field safety, HSE, Human rights and FCPA policies.
- To identify potential coordinators and villages to meet business requirements.
- Prepare and execute production plan activities for targeted acreage.
- To implement the Quality systems & procedures to maintain genetic purity, germ and vigour as per ISTA standards
- Collaborate and Connect with the coordinators, stake holders and other business partners to meet company targets.
- Anticipate any **production threats** and develop appropriate solutions to meet target volumes.
- Development of field operations plan and ensure all fields should be visited on time to capture **real time data** from sowing to harvest.
- Handholding growers throughout the season to follow best Agronomic practices as per Bayer seed production protocol.
- Implement **new initiatives** towards improving the productivity, quality and sustainable agriculture.
- Plan and conduct periodic **trainings on continuous process improvements **for field staff, seasonal workers and growers.
- Adopt **digitalization** towards data capturing which can help to farming communities.
- Explore **farm mechanization** opportunities to improve the farm productivity.

**Who you are**
- M.Sc. (Ag) with 1 or 2 yrs. experience in seed production or relevant sectors.
- Ability to travel regularly and adaptable to all field adverse conditions.
- Advanced statistical tools to analyse field data
- Familiar with digital tools, advanced crop agronomic solutions & farm mechanization.
- Good relationship & network skills
- Collaborative work with multiple stake holders _viz_., Govt Agri officials, QA, SPR, Plant drier operations & Marketing team.
