**Salary**: ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Work Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Friday

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to join

our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, provide timely

follow-ups, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues
- Follow up on open cases to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries
- Meet individual performance metrics including response time, quality, and resolution rate

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year of experience in customer support or a related field (international voice support preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be willing to work from the office in Coimbatore
