Duties & Responsibilities
What this job involves
- Meets with customers/clients with zeal and provides outstanding customer service to all visitors of the facility
To provide support the Corporate Executives to facilitate their busy schedules.
Fulfill client specific requests for any personal & business needs.
Job duties include helping clients with their work responsibilities, extracurricular social activities & personal errands.
Help the Client manage their time more efficiently & effectively by taking on some of their personal & private work.
**Some of the duties can include the following**: Arrange for Car Service
Make Dinner Reservations
Obtain tickets for social events
Planning for Birthday parties & other events
Shopping for corporate gifts
Reserve Hotels & Conference Rooms for any events
Procure/arrange for Audio/Visual Equipment’s
Hire temporary employees for adhoc activities
Arrange for translators
Coordinating for leasing of PCs/desktops
Hiring a PC repair personnel
Provide regular intimations/reminders & follow-ups for assigned activities
Take Delivery or Dispatch - Assign specific team (if required) for pick-up & delivery of sensitive mails/parcels
Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions, transportation options, and airports
Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and collateral for concierge desks.
Prints and delivers correspondence to the front desk for guests prior to arrival.
Performance objectives
Meet or exceed client expectations with outstanding service delivery
Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures for each of the tasks as advised by the Client/Manager.

Possesses strong interpersonal Skills.
Relevant Industry Connections
Strong Customer Service motive
Out of the box-thinking ability to get work done
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and industry staff
PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various automated/digital systems.
Demonstrated experience with great levels of commitment is highly desirable
5 - 7 years’ experience in Concierge Service Management
Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
