**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Functional Responsibilities**
Domestic Sales order processing
All activities pertaining to day-to-day operations in Sales order processing and execution.
Bangladesh Export order processing and documentation
Report on Order booking / Export pending order to Head - Customer Service on weekly basis
**Activity**
- All the sales order received to be entered in SAP and processed
- Coordinating with Dealers, Customers and Marketing team (All over India) regarding Product availability sales order execution.
- Booking Delivery notes and Sales invoices creation based on available stock.
- Bangladesh Export - Issue of proforma based on agreed prices.
- On receipt of L/C, Checking all the terms and placing the order on SAP
- Documentation support like Product Literature, MSDS, COA
to the customers for their customs clearance.
- Statutory / Year end Audit compliance:
- Based on the auditors sample providing all the required documents of sale orders / Picking/ Invoice & LR details.
**Accountability**
- Sales order processing / OTIF - Delivery performance
- Export documentation without any mistakes delay / demurrage at destination.
