Responsibilities: Work with the Associate Creative Director - Art, and other team members to develop creative concepts and ideas for advertising and marketing materials Develop visual concepts, designs, and layouts that meet clients' requirements and objectives across multiple channels Present concepts and designs to clients, taking feedback and making revisions as needed Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective campaigns Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in design and advertising Prepare and deliver final artwork files to printers and other vendors Ability to lead and mentor a team of visualizers across 4-6 brands Ability to drive conceptualization on briefs so that the involvement of an Associate Creative Director - Art is minimal Manage the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met Ability to manage team's workload by delegating tasks efficiently and be a supervisory point of contact for the team of visualizers Requirements: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates proficiency in design software and creativity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 5-6 years of relevant experience preferably in a creative advertising agency/set-up Proficiency in leading a team of visualizers Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from an Associate Creative Director - Art Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and time management skills Preferred: Experience working in an agency environment Experience with digital media, including social media, email marketing, and web design Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite softwares Experience leading a team of 3-5 visualizers
