The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with art directors to develop design concepts and layouts.
- Assist in the creation and production of visual materials, including digital and print designs.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative advertising agency or similar setup.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
