At Uplift, a multidisciplinary branding studio based in London and Mumbai, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Branding Art Director for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
The successful candidate will be part of our team that works together to elevate global brands through visual, verbal, and motion identity, UX/UI design and build, packaging design, and more.
In this position, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence across multiple channels and touchpoints by generating ideas, collaborating with peers and stakeholders, and presenting your work.
We are looking for an experienced professional with 2+ years of work experience in branding, graphic design, or related fields. Your portfolio should showcase your expertise in typography, color theory, and layout/composition, as well as your ability to work collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, and other designers.
An excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, ideally some proficiency in Figma, is essential for this role. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders, are also crucial.
A Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, communication design, typography, or related fields is preferred. If you have a fine attention to detail and can adapt to our fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
