We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to drive marketing initiatives, promote our brand, and maintain leadership in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that include digital marketing, channel marketing, and event participation. You will collaborate closely with both regional and global teams to create impactful campaigns across various platforms and work with key industry partners to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Advocacy:

Drive the promotion of the brand within the region to maintain its leadership position in the market.
Comprehensive Marketing Strategy:

Design and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates digital marketing programs and campaigns to achieve regional targets and business objectives.
Digital Marketing Leadership:

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including managing campaigns, creating engaging digital experiences, planning paid media efforts, and overseeing social media marketing.
Channel Marketing Leadership:

Spearhead channel marketing initiatives with reseller partners, ensuring alignment and maximizing local impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to implement an integrated marketing plan that maximizes results across online, social, and channel marketing efforts.
Event Planning & Execution:

Identify, propose, plan, and manage participation in key industry events across sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Education, and Medical, while measuring and reporting on outcomes.
Customer Engagement Initiatives:

Partner with Enterprise Account teams to develop and execute customer engagement activities, such as workshops and seminars, to drive brand awareness and accelerate sales.
Annual Forum Leadership:

Take charge of organizing and executing the annual user forum to engage both existing customers and prospects.
Industry Relationship Management:

Maintain strong connections with industry associations, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and media, while developing thought leadership and advisory programs to enhance market influence.
Marketing & Sales Collateral Creation:

Oversee the development of marketing and sales tools, including brochures, videos, leaflets, and customer stories, to support business development.
Financial Oversight:

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Campaign Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and refine strategies as needed.
Vendor Relationship Management:

Conduct research, evaluate vendor solutions, and manage vendor relationships to support marketing goals.

Key Competencies/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a desire to further explore this field in future career growth.
Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo.
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with an open mindset for sharing ideas; excellent ability to influence and engage others effectively.
Innovative mindset, with a high level of accountability, initiative, and passion for new business opportunities.
Solid business experience combined with deep marketing knowledge and skills.
Proficient in English and strategic presentations.
Highly skilled in computer tools, including email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
General understanding of content management systems.
