Job Overview: The Marketing Manager at Datamotive will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that support the company's business growth through innovative and fully integrated marketing strategies. This role requires the development and execution of data-driven campaigns to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and ultimately drive sales. The Marketing Manager will manage all aspects of marketing, including market research, digital marketing, competitor analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve Datamotive's growth and market positioning objectives.

• Set clear marketing goals, identify target audiences, and determine optimal channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Create integrated campaigns aligned with business priorities

Brand Management

• Develop and maintain Datamotive's brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and communication.

• Champion the brand internally, ensuring all marketing communications align with the company's

values and objectives.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the automotive/tech industry.

• Analyze customer feedback and performance data to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Competitor Research & Analysis

• Monitor and assess competitor activities, identifying gaps in their strategies and uncovering opportunities for Datamotive to differentiate.

• Develop targeted tactics that highlight Datamotive's unique value proposition in the marketplace.

Product Marketing

• Collaborate with the product team to understand product features, benefits, and target audience needs.

• Craft product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that highlight key product differentiators and increase adoption.

Campaign Management

• Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn), content marketing, events, and email marketing.

• Oversee the creative and execution processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with budget and strategic objectives.

Public Relations

• Manage the company's public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and relationship-building with industry influencers.

• Ensure consistent messaging and positive media presence to boost Datamotive's reputation in the automotive/tech space.

Budget Management

• Develop, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve goals.

• Monitor expenditures, track campaign performance, and optimize spending for continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Provide senior management with regular reports and insights, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on sales and brand recognition.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and alignment with business goals.

• Work cross-functionally to integrate feedback, adjust strategies, and enhance collaboration.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.

• Set clear performance targets, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Advanced certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc., are a plus).

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or marketing role with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.

• Prior experience in B2C marketing, ideally in the automotive, tech, or related sectors.

• Expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and social media campaigns.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM software.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization strategies.

• Creative thinker with strong communication skills, capable of building compelling stories and campaigns.

• Up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
