The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L of the retail setup encompassing grocery / daily need stores / QSR / pharmacies etc for our residential townships . The stores are operating as an independent brand named "Blossom" .

Responsibilities -

- Knowledge of handling multiple grocery / daily needs stores with P&L accountability.
- Understanding of Fusion software including opening of item masters, vendor codes, PO generations, and other aspects upto complete closure till payments.
- Depth knowledge of market in buying including whole sale mandis of vegetables, fruits, non veg and grocery.
- Should have good negotiation skills in buying grocery items and other consumables.
- Fixation of selling rates to generate volumes ie smart selling.
- Making systems in stores so that pilferage is minimized.
- Inventory management.
- Storages and monitoring of expiry / shelf life items.
- Devise strategy to open new stores - knowledge of design of new stores, its display counters and subsequent operations.

Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate . Specialization in Retail will be an added advantage.

Required Skills : Entrepreneurship , Commercial acumen , brand tie ups , store operations , retail schemes.

Pay range and compensation package - Incentives on sales target can be considered for able candidates
