JOB DETAILS
1.Collect and analyse market data.2.Identify target audiences and understand their behaviour and habits.
3.Development of performance and data-driven strategies for current clients, as well as pitches.
4.Creating cross-channel media plans, covering SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliates.
5.Allocate budgets and monitor costs.
6.Developing a robust measurement and analysis approach across the agency with a focus on ROI, attribution and cross-channel conversion analysis.
7.Adopting a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimisation across all accounts.
8.Liaise with the client and account management team to understand the campaign brief, including audience and performance goals.
9.Proactively supporting the client, account management and creative teams with the latest technological updates that can be utilised to improve strategy and ROI.
10.Driving innovation within the team, by proactively recommending improvements in ways of working, as well as tools, new technologies, industry updates.
11.Supervising the implementation of the approved media plans using industry-best practices, including ad setup, audience list updates, pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.
12.Sharing campaign performance insights/discoveries/trends with the client and the wider agency team.
