Qualification- BE/MTech- Mech/ Mining/Mineral Beneficiation

The Product Management Group Head- Mills & Beneficiation is responsible for leading and managing the Product Management, Application engineering, Design, Proposal team of Mills & Beneficiation product vertical. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are selected properly and orders are executed as per customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Product Management, Application engineering, Design, Proposal team, including providing technical guidance, performance management, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external customers to define product requirements and develop project plans
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure that products can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations on the suitability of Mills & Other Mineral Beneficiation products for the intended application

Requirements:

• Adequate exposure and experience in selection/vetting the selection of the equipment pertaining to any specific application.
• Strong knowledge of Product Management, Detailed Engineering, Application Engineering in Milling & Beneficiation
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations 
• Strong leadership and project management skills
