Job Description Product Management Group Head - Mills & Beneficiation Location- Head Office, Kolkatta Experience- 15+ years of Product Management experience in Mills/ Mineral Beneficiation  Qualification- BE/MTech- Mech/ Mining/Mineral Beneficiation  Role Reports to- CEO Team Size - 20 Time to join- Immediate/Early Joiner The Product Management Group Head- Mills & Beneficiation is responsible for leading and managing the Product Management, Application engineering, Design, Proposal team of Mills & Beneficiation product vertical. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are selected properly and orders are executed as per customer requirements. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Product Management, Application engineering, Design, Proposal team, including providing technical guidance, performance management, and professional development opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external customers to define product requirements and develop project plans • Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure that products can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively • Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations on the suitability of Mills & Other Mineral Beneficiation products for the intended application Requirements: • Adequate exposure and experience in selection/vetting the selection of the equipment pertaining to any specific application. • Strong knowledge of Product Management, Detailed Engineering, Application Engineering in Milling & Beneficiation • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations  • Strong leadership and project management skills Details of the Client:  Client specializes in manufacturing crushing, grinding, material handling, and mineral processing equipment.
