Responsibilities:

Improve connect and collaboration of partners with other teams and branches Grow existing revenue streams by acquiring new clients or deepening existing client relationships Sometimes, a Partner branch has mandates but no/ limited delivery bandwidth that may be lying underutilized elsewhere; PSM could bridge the gaps Help a Partner develop the right sales pitch to win a new client Help a Partner open the doors for other LoBs in the group - Integrum, Ma Foi Help a Partner leverage CIEL’s CV Database Faster turnaround time for partner requests Facilitate and support in business development activities for partner branches Facilitate the delivery of mandates which partner teams are unable to fulfill and improve the conversion ratio. Regular engagement and enhanced relationship with the partner branches. Support in hiring, learning and development of members in the partner teams

Ideal Profile:

Experience of 5-7 years in business development, Recruitment and customer relationship management in the Staffing, Recruitment/ RPO industry. Must have proven credentials in new client acquisition and account management. Good understanding and knowledge of the recruitment delivery process, preferably with hands-on experience in client deliveries and operations. Ability to handle and manage diverse stakeholders (internal and external clients), at mid to senior levels.

Travel to partner branches/locations within the region
