Roles and Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: Liaise with the Product Owner to understand the requirements and produce functional specifications, in consultation with the Product/Development teams for strategic/regulatory initiatives. Collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure the backlogs are groomed and maintained. Ensuring that all the relevant stakeholders have a clear understanding of the design and the underpinning business process and requirements. Capture and analyze business requirements and underlying business context. Design key areas of the Product from a functional perspective, working with the Technical team to ensure that the design is practical and can be implemented from technical perspective. Ensure that the design takes account of existing functionality and hence considers the wider impact on the product. Guide the testing team in understanding the requirement and endure proper coverage of the functionality during the various test phases. Participate in User Acceptance Testing for all major developments in the domain. Work on GTM plans Manage End to End Partner On-boarding for Consumer and Commercial products. Single point of contact for all the new members / partners integrations. Co-ordinate and manage all activities associated with Partner Integration to facilitate Go Live for Consumer and Commercial products. Assist the partners to create a go-to-market plan to maximize revenue and volumes Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes Conduct UI / UX review to identify opportunities for increased conversions Train the internal teams on new products and facilitate updating SOPs and various Consumer Support Processes Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for gathering requirements and write User stories documenting the requirements to support the agile process
