It is a innovation-focused organisation, offering a structured and professional environment for career growthJob DescriptionManage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goodsBuild and deploy distribution strategy (route to market) including transportation, warehousing and last mile delivery to support distribution growthResponsible for complete warehousing and CFA management across the country for both ambient and frozen productsManage transportation from plant / distribution centres to final customer including route / vehicle planning for both modern and traditional trade to optimize customer service and freightResponsible for ensuring high levels of Customer service (Viz DIFOT, Fill Rate etc.) at least possible Logistics and Distribution costEstablish mechanisms to monitor, review and report KPI's ( cost, customer service, controls etc.) around effective management of logistics and distributionThe Successful ApplicantA successful Regional Logistics Manager should have:An MBA degree from a reputed B-school5-8 years of experience in logistics operations, particularly within the FMCG industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise logistics processesKnowledge of inventory management, vendor negotiations, and distribution networksDemonstrated track record of distribution strategy development & implementation
