You’ll lead technical planning and execution of logistics strategies across large-scale project sites—coordinating teams, plant operations, and infrastructure to support seamless construction progress. About Your Team Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager or Logistics Coordinator , you’ll collaborate closely with project engineers, commercial teams, suppliers, and on-site supervisors. You’ll be responsible for delivering site-wide logistics that meet both safety and project delivery standards. Your Role As a Logistics Engineer , you will: Develop and implement site logistics plans aligned with project drawings and sequences Supervise Logistics Foremen in daily operations, including labour allocation, plant and equipment movement, and welfare setup Coordinate with multiple disciplines to integrate logistics with construction activities Oversee vertical and horizontal transport systems (hoists, ramps, access routes) Review and approve purchase requests for logistics materials and plant Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety, environmental, and third-party requirements Maintain logistics zones and welfare areas across the site Track plant utilization, fuel consumption, and lifting equipment performance Support commercial teams with accurate logistics data for cost control and reporting Lead regular site inspections and audits to uphold logistics and safety standards Liaise with suppliers for servicing, breakdowns, and delivery management Manage documentation including lifting plans, MSRAs, DSTIs, and toolbox talks Conduct and lead logistics planning sessions and project progress reviews Identify areas for improvement and drive innovative logistics solutions Skills and Competencies Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in construction logistics or site engineering roles Strong knowledge of logistics planning, plant operations, and HSE compliance Proven team leadership and multi-disciplinary coordination experience Understanding of environmental standards such as LEEDs/Estidama Desirable: LEEA Certified Appointed Person (AP) qualification Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and logistics planning tools Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking skills Ability to perform under pressure and manage shifting prioritie What We Offer Opportunity to contribute to some of the most iconic and challenging projects in the region A high-performing, collaborative site environment with room to grow Direct involvement in end-to-end construction operations A full-time, on-site role in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to real-world logistics challenges Ready to drive construction logistics on world-class projects?
